Refund policy

Returns for jewelry items are as follows:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items sent

Unaccepted Jewelry Returns:

  • Customer changed their mind (buyer's remorse)
  • Customer ordered wrong size/style
  • Item doesn't match customer expectations
  • General dissatisfaction (not quality-related)

If a jewelry order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the following steps to open a return:

Step 1: Take a clear photo
Photograph the damaged or defective item showing:

The damage or defect clearly visible

The item in its packaging (if possible)

Any relevant packaging damage

Tip: Use good lighting and take multiple angles if needed.

 

Step 2: Email us

Include in your email:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photo(s) of the damage or defect

Step 3: We will work to resolve it:
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a replacement tracking number and confirmation if approved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Intimate apparel, lingerie, swimsuits and beauty products are not available for a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
